Application
Skimming LNAPL where there is less than 550mm of water column under product to the bottom of well
Features and Specifications
- Density float positions the central inlet just above the product water interface. Connection to the suction end of the FAP Plus™ Pump recovers product to the surface
- Removes product to thickness of about 6-12mm
- Flow rates, up to approx 30 LPH. Flow is influenced by viscosity, hydrostatic head, depth and well recharge
- 2″ float: Length 200mm; Diameter 42mm
- 4″ float: Length 150mm; Diameter 89mm
- Effective travel 600mm
- The Density skimmer is not compatible with the ZW feature on FAP Plus™ ZW Pumps, therefore, a conversion kit can be used for installation with the FAP Plus™ ZW pumps (TR-51640). Alternatively, a FAP Plus™ Pump (without ZW) is used (TR-516)
- The pump and related accessories are purchased separately
